挖花，H.cooperi v gordoniana是原生种的玉露，长的非常没有意思，glassy windows代表它的窗是像草那样尖尖的。Mesa就生石花比较出名，其他的没有太大意思。
不过这种“没有太大意思”，是指经由国人的审美观得到的结果。Haworthia分为园艺种和原生种，国内受日本影响很大，主要把精力放在园艺种上，像姬玉露这种的，都是园艺种。但欧美比较喜欢原生种，甚至要购买“具体某个原生地出产的种子”，所以Mesa自然提供都是这样的东西，很沧桑的Haworthia。但近几年来他们也有所改观，开始喜欢园艺品种。

刚来的姬玉露让它静养就行了，根部有伤的话，经常喷水会烂的，你的细心往往会变成沮丧。
强烈建议夏天不要往家里买Haworthia，因为夏天真的非常不适合它们适应环境的变化（从大棚到家里的变化）。秋后到早春是玩Haworthia的季节。
或许上面的有点让你失望，但其实Haworthia是生命力很强的植物，慢慢你就会感受到。

Haworthia regenerate their roots, the difficulty is that different
species do it at different times of the year, which can make for
difficulties in cultivation. My answer has been to develop an approach
to growing that enables me to treat them all the same. Bear in mind we

Pots: Plastic
Soil: I use a mix of 30% John Innes no3, 30% horticultural grit, 30%
vermiculite and 10% Tescos Premium Cat litter (expanded clay) this gives
me a very open free draining mix.
Watering: From April to October I water every 14 days or so using only
rainwater. I water from above, but not over the plant, just round it.
From November to March, I'll water very lightly every 3-4 weeks. I
never water if the plants have not dried out from the previous watering.
Heat: I maintain a minimum of 5 degrees centigrade all year
Light: My greenhouse is lightly shaded by use of bubble insulation all
year and the plants are on the top shelf, I don't use artificial
lighting for normal growing.
Ventilation: I have a fan running constantly and automatic vents in the
greenhouse these start opening at 21 degrees centigrade.
The result of all this is I rarely have trouble with root loss and
plants rotting.
